Fit Powerfully™ Collective is a publication and community space for fitness and wellness founders who want to build strong businesses, lead with clarity, and protect their brand and well-being while serving their communities.
This space exists to support thoughtful conversation, grounded mentorship, and respectful exchange among boutique studio owners, instructors stepping into leadership, and wellness entrepreneurs, with special care for founders of color navigating this industry.
By participating in Fit Powerfully™ Collective, you agree to honor these guidelines and contribute to a professional, respectful, and supportive environment.

This community is built on respect, clarity, and mutual regard.
Engage with kindness, integrity, and professionalism.
Honor diverse experiences, identities, and leadership styles.
Disagreement is allowed. Disrespect is not.
Harassment, personal attacks, hate speech, discrimination, or demeaning language will not be tolerated.
This is a space to feel supported, not scrutinized.

While we discuss wellness, fitness, and well-being often, this community does not provide medical, nutritional, mental health, or therapeutic advice.
You may share personal experiences and general insights, but you may not:
Diagnose conditions
Recommend or prescribe treatments, supplements, or therapies
Present personal experience as medical guidance
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for personalized medical or mental health concerns.

This publication includes educational discussion related to business structure, leadership, brand protection, and operations.

Fit Powerfully™ Collective values clarity over chaos.
Please avoid:
Fear-based messaging
Misinformation
Sensationalism
Conspiracy-based content
You are welcome to share challenges and lessons, but the tone should remain constructive, reflective, and respectful.
We focus on growth, not negativity.
6. Privacy, Trust, and Confidentiality
What is shared in this community stays in this community.
Do not:
Screenshot or share posts, comments, or discussions without permission
Repost private content elsewhere
Share another member’s story outside the space
Respect intellectual property. Do not share copyrighted or proprietary materials without express permission.
Data Privacy:
Your privacy matters. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on how data is collected, used, and protected.
7. Moderation and Accountability
To protect the integrity of the space:
Content that violates these guidelines may be removed
Repeated violations may result in restricted access or removal
No refunds will be issued if access is revoked due to guideline violations
If you encounter concerning content, please report it to Tonia or the admin team rather than engaging publicly.
